RETURN POLICY
We hope you love your Clea® pieces, but if for any reason you are not satisfied, we are happy to offer store credit for unworn items that are sent back within 30 days of receiving your order. Returned merchandise should be accompanied with the original packaging and must not show any signs of wear.
To request a return, email www.cleajewelry.com within 30 days of receiving your item(s) and please include EXCHANGE REQUEST and your order # in the subject line. Please allow up to 72 business hours for our team to get back to you with next steps.
Once we receive the return to our warehouse in the required conditions, we will issue you an online credit code via email for the amount of the item being exchanged, which can be used immediately to place a new order exclusively on

Site credit codes are non refundable, cannot be redeemed for cash and expire one year from activation.Please note that shipping costs are not refundable.
